This was an epic project right at the start of covid so no one new weather we were coming or going.

We are very comfortable with a project of this scale, in fact I personally enjoy doing all four sides to a new build like this but damn, it was so difficult to get any trades or suppliers to get involved and did we have permission to travel and how many workers could be onsite bla bla bellyache, yet we produced a really good result.
Then we had that mini earthquake happen right as we finished it. I recall seeing this huge brand-new house flex like plastic including the ground and all the patios.
A lot of this project was about problem solving the ideas on the draft, against what the clients wishes were as things evolved, which is something I love as getting the clients involved in every step is crucial to the wellbeing of the outcome as they are the ones going to live it.
